Marriage??
I believe in marriage based on love and as a part of a project of life you choose to carry out.
Obviously, it's a matter of a personal option.

confused
I believe in marriage of course... I met the right man, I'm unbelievably happy with him, he gives me a sense of fulfilment. And for that reason, yes, I want to marry him and he wants to marry me.for me it's obvious...marriage is a way of expressing feelings. If you are sure that you've met the right person, you want to spend the rest of your life with him/her. On the other hand... I'm a bit afraid (because of all these negative opinion about marriage) that after we get married our relationship wouldn't be so ideal as it is now.

I try myself to belive in the goodness of marriage. However, i observe that some married couples hate each other and they continue their marriage..come on why do you hate each other more?
We come the world only once, and what is the point of spoiling your life with hatred?
Marriage is something which society requires, even if it sounds unfashionable. Because of the rightness of this statement, people are driven into silly marriages and when u explain your ideas to those people, they scorn u..this is interesting

Re: Do you believe in marriage?
yes, a fairy tale marriage.
but what can you say in a situation where a brother asked the husband of his sister, how much money is he giving to his sister..
for me, whatever is the reason... (whether it's out of curiosity or has been asked by another person to do it), a brother with a sane/sound mind could not do such act. Didn't he just show what kind of character he has. It just shows that the brother is rude, ill-mannered and is capable of following and doing a lot more of unacceptable orders from outside. The brother also has no sense of doing something righteous even to others because he can do it to his own sister. I guess, the most the brother can do is to ask his sister directly and not go past the wife who is his sister by blood. And also, it is my understanding that, it is very rude (discourteous) to meddle on other's family life.
Are you ready to face this kind of situation if in case this happen to you when you marry?
Are you just like the brother? or, how'd you react if you're the sister or the husband?

Re: Do you believe in marriage?
Well, i really suffered in my parent´s house. I do not believe that marriage is necessary for being happy. Many pairs get separated years after because they do not abide each other, some just stay together because of responsibility or their dependance on the other half. I can rather imagine that I will be unhappy in one relationship because you can not do thing that make you feel free, one hasn´t got enough time to develop oneself, to widen ones limit, to experience new things and to advance. And always, you have to hear the other half lamment...

I believe it because I'm happy now. But it depends on the person. What scares you about marriage? I was scared because everyone around me intimidated me that life would end as soon as I got married. So I never rushed into it. But now I'm okay.

If you find the right person, your soulmate, someone who would never let you, even in the worst scenario... then you can do anything, including believing in marriage. Marriage is a big commitment, and you both have to be the strong, because it's a really tough path. But also beautiful.

Hey, am I Dino among all those people who are writing the comments?
My husband and I have been married for 33 years. So are my friends. Not because of money or any other benefits. I do believe in marriage. On the other hand, without any doubt I agree both of you need to care of your partner, leaving him\her free for personal development, taking care of personal interests and beliefs. THat's sometimes hard. But if you love each other everything can be done and solved. If you don't love....it's better to be apart not to make each other suffer.

Re: Do you believe in marriage?
Marriage is something I believe in. It is effective. Anecdotally, my parents have been married for over 20 years and are still smitten with each other. Yes, I would like to marry someday. However, I believe that sometimes people marry for the wrong reasons, such as believing that marriage will solve some of the problems in a relationship.

Re: Do you believe in marriage?
I believe that personal feelings and emotional well-being play a crucial role in decisions about marriage. For me, it's about finding a deep connection and emotional understanding with a partner. And yes, I believe that such a marriage can exist.
As far as I was concerned Can't wait to see whatever movie they're filming in London right now.

Re: Do you believe in marriage?
Short answer; yes I believe in marriage.
However my advice to people who haven't gotten married would be don't do it unless it is very important to you to have a child and raise that child well. Also, do not marry someone who does not feel the same way about the importance of having and raising a child.
Marriage carries many risks. It comes with a lot of sacrifice. It is never perfect. Do not go into it lightly and do not go into it thinking it will solve your problems and bring you happiness. Marriage is often about taking on MORE problems and putting your happiness aside.
