#RSCON4 ~ A Free E-Conference

Are you looking for new ideas to use in the classroom or in your online teaching? The fourth annual Reform Symposium Conference (RSCON) is taking place from October 11-13th. This is a free online conference for teachers. Come out and learn how teachers around the world are wowing their students, and how you can too! EnglishClub is going to be there presenting about one of our resources.

About RSCON4

What?

An online professional development conference for educators.

Who?

Over 100 teachers will be presenting. There will also be several keynotes from leaders in education. Thousands of teachers worldwide will be attending sessions.

Where?

The conference is online, and available to teachers with Internet access. Access is via the Blackboard Collaborate Webinar Platform. (Learn how to use this platform here. This link also includes special instructions for Mac users.)

When?

October 11-13th

Why?

To get teaching ideas, to learn how to use new tools, to be inspired, and to connect with educators from all over the world.

How?

How is EnglishClub involved with #RSCON4? I am MyEC’s administrator, and the voice behind Listen to News.  I will be doing a presentation for teachers on how best to use this resource. All RSCON4 presenters are encouraged to show student samples. I will be showing examples of how MyEC members use Listen To News to practise reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Our members are so creative! Check out my MyEC blog to find out how you can help with my session.
