I confused a lot which one of them accreditat or actdec

I want to apply TEYL course and I have 2 options. One of them 40 hours and accredited by actdec , another one is 60 hours accredited by accreditat. Which one of them have good reputation ? Or can you recommend another accreditation and another online course which have more good reputation. Thanks
