I have made up the sentences below.
I have NO questions about (1) and (2) below.
(1) This burger is my fifth one.
(2) Today is our fifth day cleaning the street.
I am not sure about the next four sentences.
(3) (Suppose that you have just eaten four burgers. You are holding a fifth one in your hand.)
(a) This burger is the fifth one I have eaten.
(b) This burger is the fifth one I eat.
(4) (Suppose that you are going to start cleaning the street in 10 minutes.)
(a) Today is the fifth day I have cleaned the street.
(b) Today is the fifth day I clean the street.
Most of my non-native friends think the "a" versions are correct. I am not sure if they are correct. Please help me. Thank you very much.

Yes, the (a) forms are standard in BrE.
