Which are correct?

1) If he is told to do something he won't do it. He didn't close the door, because you told him to.
2) If he is told to do something he won't do it. He didn't close the door, because he was told to.

3) If he is told to do something he won't do it. He didn't close the door, as you told him to.
4) If he is told to do something he won't do it. He didn't close the door, as he was told to.
