I'm 17 years old and live in Japan :D
Japanese food has low calories :wink:
So Japanese food is fit for diet!
What kind of diet do you?

In Japan we have Natto :)
It is ferment beans and it is very healthy food :D
Natto tends to thread a lot like shredded Okra.
Do you want eat Natto :wink: ?

I looked from google. The way how natto looked in picture. I think I'm not very fond of it, but I think it would be interesting experience of taste to try it.

I think that the best diet is to eat vegetables and fruit and always you can make execises.

I think the best diet is to eat the three foods daily and do exercize.
here in Costa Rica we use to eat salads on lunch time and fruits on breakfas.
what do yuo usually eat on brakfast and lunch??
