Tips for Top Reads

I thought it might be nice to start a thread on ‘top reads’, and to give and get some good recommendations!

My top 5 reads
Holiday Reads
I love the Jack Reacher books by Lee Child. These books are exciting and great to read when you just want to relax and escape.
I also like Dan Brown’s books, in particular “The Da Vinci Code”. This is also an exciting read.
Literary reads
I really love both of Harper Lee’s books – “To Kill a Mockingbird” and “Go Set a Watchman”. Both are absolutely fantastic. The 1962 film with Gregory Peck in “To Kill a Mockingbird” is also really worth seeing.
Non-Fiction reads
Bill Bryson’s “A short history of everything” is fantastic – a really engaging and interesting book.
I would love to hear about your “top reads”.
