Cancun is a city where 4.5 million tourists visit every year.
Is this sentence wrong? One of my colleagues says it's wrong, since 'visit' is a transitive verb.. but I think it's correct.

--> Cancun is a city THAT/WHICH 4.5 million tourists visit every year.
