Swimming is a great activity that provides a thorough workout to all parts of the body, and is suitable to people of all ages and abilities. I have to say that there are also 5 km, 10 km and 25 km events for men and women. However, only the 10 km event is included in the Olympic schedule.

I also like to swim . In a small country when we will be in school every Wednesday morning to take us to the pool to learn to swim. From then on I began to like swimming. While it is relatively too busy to go swimming , but still want to swim .
