Hi, I saw this sentence in Wikipedia. "Decarbonylations are of interest in the conversions of sugars."
This the only pattern that I know [ noun + of + noun]
Example: legs of table
None of advance grammar explanation, is it in English to English dictionary?
Anyone could tell me about grammar notes about of usage implementation?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Grammar notes about using of
The pattern "noun + of + noun" is common, indicating possession or relationship. In your example, "decarbonylations are of interest in the conversions of sugars," shows relevance and connection.
