Best country to visit

Post by Podziomka »

Hey! What's the best country to visit. Could you recommend any and write why do you think it's good one?
In fact I haven't been to many countries but I wish one day I could.

Luckily, I had ocasion to visit Italy, few years ago with my old class. They have so many magnificent places, buildings, nature.
I'd like to vistit more countries in Europe and also other continents - Africa, Asia, America, Australia...that'd be wonderful :)

This summer I went to Spain in Lloret de Mar (Costa Brava). It's relly good city. :P There are many clubs, cafe and 8) clean, hot sea ... If you want, can go to Barselona or Salou.
I was there in July and I want back again.

I've heard that there is a stairway called Spanish steps but it's in Italy, so I just wanted to make sure what I've heard is correct. It's called "Spanish" steps but it's in Italy so I thought maybe that person told me wrong. Maybe it's in Spain. That was my question. And if it's in Italy, I wonder why it's called Spanish steps. Anyone?

Never been to Japan but I'd love to visit there some day in the future. Right now, I have no money for Japan. I have to save a lot for it because I've heard that it's the most expensive country in the world. Especially Tokyo, everything is expensive there. I'll visit Tokyo with my cousins in the future. We've planned about it although we're stuck with school, job, and low money in the bank. I think in the next two or three years, I will finish my school and it'll be time for travel. I'll go to Japan (Tokyo), Hong kong, the Philippines, Italy, and France. HEHEHE that's a lot of traveling. Love it though!

In fact, not just Tokyo, Hokkaido in Japan is also a wonderful place. I have been there two years before, and it is in summer. There are lots of beautiful lavender in the fields, and you can buy lavender cushions, lavender candies and taste the delicious lavender ice-cream ! Well, I really want to taste that ice-cream again! Besides, Hokkaido has a lot of special, tasty food, like chafing dish with the crabs with very long legs ,Rahmen Noodles,'Hidaka beef' and 'Shiraoi beef' , 'Jingisukan', a popular Hokkaido-style barbecue... Yummy!
Also, you can visit the bear ranch and have a hot-spring bath in Hokkaido!
If you want to know more about Hokkaido, you can go to the following web-sites: :P

Actually, i have been to Taiwan only, and i think Taiwan is really a wonderful country to visit, especially the bookstores and the night markets. If you visit taiwan, what you have to worry about is how to spend your time efficiently and how you can visit all the places that you are interested in. JUST VISIT AND ENJOT!

My great-aunt and my cousins live in France, but I haven't had a chance to visit them there. They told me how France was really beautiful with all its romantic scenes and such. However, my bf's friend who just came back to the US from France told us it was boring to her. She said although the place was beautiful, but it was too boring. She'd stayed there for about half a year and she had to come back because she couldn't take it. I guess people can have different interests for the same place; some might like it and some might not. Either way, I still wanna visit it to see what the fuss is really about. By the way, where do you live, Henry?

Being and Australian I won't add that to the list!

I must admit I'm facinated with Ancient history so if I ever have the money to travel the first place I would go is Egypt. Followed quickly by Greece, Italy, Paris then England (Scotland, Ireland etc).

Then for the rest I would need THE GREEK ISLANDS!! Oh yes this sounds like bliss.

Now all I need is a sponsor or a lottery win!

8) 8) :)

I think unlinke most people that best countries to visit are those all forgotten little exotic places not inhabited by people... there is just this certain beauty within it.. not everyone can see it but still it's worth going somwhere unknown just to see what others didn't... but that's just my point of view... :)
