The California man wanted to get even with his nosy neighbor. He put naked mannequins and threw a garden party. Not only that, but he also put a note satirizing his neighbor. I’ve never complained about anything to the city, as I don’t know how to. However, there were moments when I felt annoyed by them burning trash in their yard, causing smoke pollution around the area.

Hi Tara,
First, thank you for this week’s audio news report.
Second, it’s more difficult than the last week, but I could understand it without seeing the text because you pronounce the words so clearly and slowly, but I don’t know why I couldn’t fill in the blanks all the words except the word fence?
Third, I think that there are nosy neighbors everywhere because we had a nosy neighbor who wanted to know everything about families that lived in our street, but he died five months ago.
I myself think these nosy people don’t have mental health.

2. He got even by lowering his fence, filling his yard with naked mannequins and throwing a garden party
3. The note is only for ‘nosy neighbour’
My neighbour often sing karaoke every 2 hours per day, this is also the time i always start to do my homework. I feel so annoy. I intend to complant about this to local authorities.
Most of the neighbour near my house are very frienly, so the complaints are not common. I think that complaint is one of the way to make our life better
