I have known some relatives who live very long. They are over 80 years old. They are all still healthy and working as farmers. I asked some of them for their secret to keep living well very long. Almost have the same secrets that they have had healthy foods, work and enjoy every day. They are seldoms get worried or stressful about something much.Thanks

Unfortunately i dont’t know anyone of my family who lived a long life like John and Charlotte, in fact of my grandparents i only have my grannies, one is my father’s mom and the other is my mother’s mom, and they were not to old like 80 and 68 so i whish they could live a long and healthy life to live
