“Often referred” ( /ˈɔːftən rɪˈfɜːrd/) sound like /ˈɔːftən mɪˈfɜːrd /. ( /rɪ/ -> /mɪ/)Could you or someone here explain for me.
Thank you.

what a shame. that is too bad, that a man especially a famous actor has assaulted some women, and the good news is that he was sentenced to prison. I wish this future for all bad people.
thank you Tara for this lesson. -

Hello Tara,
First, thank you for this week’s audio news report.
Second, this lesson is easier than the last week’s lesson (my opinion) because it’s shorter and also I could understand it without seeing the text, but couldn’t fill in the blank the words “referred” and “81-year-old”.
Third, in the first step I think he’s a mental illness.
Fourth, I was surprised how the 81-year-old actor could do this action because of two following reasons:
1. A man in this age should have the best behavior and should be the best example for others, Especially the actor who’s so famous.
2. The 81-year-old man is so old, then how can he have sexy relations with at least 60 women?
How is he so strong that can have sexy relations with a lot of women?
I don’t know my answers exactly.
Maybe, he’s a Superman.
Teacher Tara,
Thank you so much for choosing the best news for your students.My wish is to meet you in real space and give you many flowers to you.
Best wishes and have a great weak in nice Canada,

We have to report any kind of abuse, never mind who is the person, if he or she is famous, we have to be brave.
