  • blackboard: The teacher was writing on the blackboard.
  • bookshelf: After I’d finished with the book, I put it back on the bookshelf.
  • calendar: There was a calendar hanging on the wall.
  • chalk: The teacher picked up a piece of chalk and started to write.
  • clock: I looked at the clock to see what the time was.
  • crayons: We used our crayons to colour in our drawings.
  • desk: All the students were sitting at their desks.
  • dictionary: I used the dictionary to look up a word.
  • duster: I wiped the blackboard with a duster.
  • eraser: I have an eraser in my pencil case.
  • globe: He showed me where Japan was on the globe.
  • map: There’s a map of the world on the classroom wall.
  • notebook: Sam opened his notebook and started to write.
  • notice board: There were several pieces of paper attached to the notice board.
  • paper: I borrowed a piece of paper so I could draw.
  • pencil: I drew my picture with a pencil.
  • pencil case: I have lots of pens and pencils in my pencil case.
  • ruler: Nick used his ruler to measure the line.
  • school bag: I carry my books to school in my school bag.
